Ask most twenty-something guys to take a trip down memory lane to their Read-A-Thon days, and there’s likely to be plenty of Matt Christopher involved.  Christopher was the author of countless kid’s sports fantasy novels as well as many sports legend chronicles.  These were my favorites:
